TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the Terms & Conditions of the www.royalblue.gr website. Please read carefully all details below.

All participants in tours operated by Royal Blue (thereinafter the operator) are expected to respect and abide by the Greek laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve Royal Blue of all obligations that they may otherwise have under the booking conditions that are agreed between the operator and the client. Any damage or losses caused by a client is the responsibility of the client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time directly to the tour operator. If the client fails to do so, the client will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against Royal Blue as a result of the client’s actions.

Royal Blue expects the Client to have consideration for other people. If in the operator’s opinion, any client behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, annoyance or distress to any third party or damage to property, the operator is entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the tour of the client concerned. The operator has no further responsibility towards the client. No refunds will be made and the operator will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition should denote the condition to the operator either at the time of booking or before the tour starts and make their own arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of the booking terms and conditions resulting in such persons being excluded from the tour. In such case, there will be no refund from the operator to the client for any paid amount. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable the operator to take appropriate precautions in order to ensure the Client’s safety and enjoyment.

The operator, although will make their best efforts to provide protection and secure the wellbeing of any children/minors bears no responsibility for any minors that join the tour. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for always attending to their children during the tour.

It is the Client’s responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport, identification and visa permit for the duration of the tour.
